Our Staff
Our coaching staff shares one football philosophy and one common vision for player development. We believe that every player should experience a consistent learning environment, regardless of their age group or coach.
Each coach brings their own personality, communication style, and creativity to every training session and match. However, our coaching decisions are guided by the same principles, methodology, and objectives. This provides players with a clear development pathway and a consistent football education throughout the club.
Our Sporting Director, Nenad Vilotijević, leads the continuous development of our coaching methodology. Since establishing our club in the United States, he has remained committed to implementing modern football concepts and the latest approaches to player development.
